We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. Got this bench to replace my crappy cheapo one from high school and I feel like I’ve gone from a clapped out Civic to a Lamborghini. Like, where has this been my whole life? Just how solid it is as well the segmented folding bench, it’s incredible. I’m finding out different ways to use it like chest support rows, flies, tricep extension rest, etc. I’m writing this about 4 months after I purchased it to make sure I really loved it and all I can say is that the leg developer is next. Highly recommend!
This may be the greatest engineering feat in training equipment history! The knob system is easy to use and allows you to tighten every part of the machine to eliminate any wiggle or instability. The padding is extremely comfortable but still firm enough to feel supportive. The vinyl quality is also really rare to find. Most vinyl pulls your hair, whereas this is extremely smooth and looks and feels premium. There’s no other machine on the planet that gives you this type of versatility in a home gym, especially for its footprint. The leg developer and leg curl both have a very consistent strength curve. And because you’re doing the leg extension on a flat pad, you can open up your hip angle and put the quads in a greater stretch, which most commercial leg extension machines don’t allow you to do. This machine is biggest flex right now haha! Couldn’t ask for anything better!
Love this bench! Very easy to assemble. Would have gotten done faster if i didn’t have the help of my 2 yr old. Very solid. I had no movement on my exercises. I also got the leg developer and no movement during either exercise . Highly recommend !

First go at getting a back work out in and it’s been great! Been able to simply set up for some super set work. Tomorrow begins the bicep work out with the attachment. I am a heavier guy as well(270lbs) and it feels extremely secure compared to my old bench.

One of the best and most versatile pieces of exercise equipment I’ve ever purchased! I can already feel relief from my constant low back pain, AND to put icing on the cake, I no longer have to wait for the leg extension/ leg curl at my local gym! Total time saver! I spent a long time researching home gym equipment before deciding on the Hyper Pro, and I’m honestly impressed! The build quality exceeded my expectations. Everything feels solid, the adjustments are smooth, and once it’s locked in, it feels very stable. One of the biggest reasons I bought the Hyper Pro is because I’ve been dealing with chronic low back pain for a while. I wanted one versatile machine that would let me gradually strengthen my posterior chain and core without needing a room full of equipment. This has given me exactly that. Being able to do controlled movements like reverse hypers, hip thrusts, and back extensions, and progress them over time, has made it so much easier to stay consistent. Overall, this has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my home gym. If you’re looking for one machine that offers incredible versatility, saves space, and can support a structured strengthening routine, I highly recommend it.

This is a very fast adjusting kettlebell with a large weight range suitable for a range of exercises. Thus, it is a very convenient option which makes kettlebell exercises more enjoyable. This is a premium product that is worth the high price but I think that it's also possible to get fit with kettlebells for much cheaper (only buy 1-2 bells of fixed weight). Just noting that the pin sticks out a bit on the highest weight setting (see image). Probably not a big deal unless you are swinging it around very loose clothing. Otherwise, the pin feels very securely attached.

Been eyeing an adjustable kettle bell for a few months. Very happy I purchased from Freak Athlete. Easy to pop in a quick 20-30 min workouts between lab work and meetings. Sully is also happy because he gets to be my trainer!
Have only used it for 4 workouts so far but it’s seamless. Feels really premium and is so simple to adjust. Very happy with it.
This machine is trying to do too much in one device and to many compromises were made from my perspective. I bought it for two primary functions, and they are usable for me. Preacher curls and chest-supported rows. The pins are in a virtually reachable position for safe use with the bicep attachment. The installation video for the bicep attachment needs to state to move the pads down before trying to use the J-hook attachment. It may be obvious to others, but it stumped me. The length and width of the middle pad make using the preacher bench function difficult and ineffective for someone my height, 5’7”. I could not sit and reach the barbell on the floor, or, if I put it close to a rack, I would hit the rack during the curls. The height of the middle pad makes it unusable unless I stand to do preacher curls. For chest-supported rows, the top of the middle pad is in the way, and the raw steel at the bend is not well managed; sharp burrs stick out. This should be ground down in manufacturing. I ended up with three spots bleeding in the process of trying to use this bench. P.S. I have your other GHD product, and it works well for the two functions I bought it for: GHD and Hyperextensions.
Excellent bench—very solid, well-built, and comfortable. The padding is high quality, and the design feels stable and sturdy during workouts. Great range of adjustments and a premium feel overall. Very happy with the purchase!
Commercial-Grade Quality at a Decent Price I’ve worked as a Kinesiologist in occupational rehabilitation and in affluent private members’ clubs where money was no object when it came to fitness equipment. I’ve used a lot of high-end, commercial-grade equipment over the years, so I know what solid, well-designed equipment should feel like. The Freak Athlete Hyper Pro genuinely impressed me. At 225 pounds, I feel extremely confident using it. It’s solid, stable, well engineered, and clearly designed with safety in mind. Nothing about it feels cheap or like corners were cut. Even coming from facilities where budget wasn’t a consideration, I can confidently say this machine is money well spent. The quality of the materials, construction, adjustability, and overall design really shines through. For a home gym, the versatility is outstanding. You’re getting an incredible number of training options from one compact piece of equipment without sacrificing the solid feel I expect from much more expensive commercial equipment. Freak Athlete absolutely nailed it with the Hyper Pro. Highly recommended.
Really impressed with the Hyper Pro. It’s especially good for anyone dealing with back issues, as it gives you a way to train and strengthen without putting unnecessary stress through your back. Solid, well-built piece of equipment and really easy to use. It seems the naysayers mentioning stability were just not tightening their knobs!
Fits like a glove. Solid design. Weight secure, no chatter to speak of when swinging around. My favorite is one KB 26-70 lbs sweet!!
I own both the Hyper Pro and the ABX and absolutely love them. Both are extremely versatile, solid, well-built, and perfect for a home gym. The adjustability and range of exercises are excellent, and they’ve quickly become my favorite pieces of equipment. Highly recommended!
Amazing product! Had some doubt going in about the pin and the rattle but both are absolute non issues. The quality of the bell is as high as you can imagine. The ease of switching is truly an engineering miracle. This is easily now my favorite workout equipment for my home gym. I will be ordering another one soon!

Best bench I’ve ever used - very stable and comfy, just what you want for getting PB’s! The bench adjusts very smoothly and is an ideal width (with other benches I’ve used they tend to either be too wide or too narrow). I also ordered some attachment but they have been shipped separately and haven’t arrived yet, but I cannot wait as expect they will be of the same quality!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about my ABX Leg Developer and Weight Bench. I’ve spent a lot of time building out my home gym, and these are two pieces of equipment that I genuinely look forward to using every week. The ABX Leg Developer has completely elevated my lower-body training. It feels incredibly solid, smooth, and well-built, and it gives me the ability to get a great leg workout without needing to leave my garage. The ABX Weight Bench is just as impressive. It’s rock solid under heavy weight, comfortable, versatile, and feels like something you’d expect to find in a high-end commercial gym rather than a home gym. What I appreciate most about Freak Athlete is that the equipment doesn’t just look good, it feels like it was designed by people who actually train. The attention to detail, stability, and overall build quality really stand out. I’ve been extremely happy with both pieces, and they’ve become staples in my training. Freak Athlete has earned a permanent spot in my home gym. 💪
I’ve owned several benches over the years, including the REP Nighthawk, REP FB-5000, and Titan Utility Bench, and the Freak Athlete ABX has completely replaced all three for me. What I love most is how versatile this bench is without feeling like a compromise. It gives me the functionality of an adjustable bench when I need it, while still providing the stability and feel I want for heavy pressing. Instead of having three different benches taking up space in my gym, I now have one bench that can do everything I need. The build quality is excellent, the adjustments are quick and easy, and the bench feels extremely solid under heavy weight. The attention to detail is also noticeable — it feels like Freak Athlete actually designed this around how people train rather than simply making another adjustable bench. For anyone building a home gym and trying to maximize versatility without sacrificing performance, I highly recommend the ABX. For me, it replaced three benches and actually freed up space while giving me more functionality than I had before. I expect these to have a positive impact on my fitness aspirations and schedule. They provide a freedom that impacts personal life too. Weight range is pretty ideal, may buy a couple smaller bells though. I can take my pants off to train now. Bell feels a little more natural with weight added than just the shell. Perfect height for semi incline push ups if you get two. I also don’t love sweating at home but it’s a reasonable trade off. There’s still a place for the gym, but these could certainly eliminate the need if necessary. Design is well thought out, edges are not sharp and transitions are smooth. There are some form adjustments to make if you’re used to regular bells. After around 7 years of consistent traditional weight and machine lifting (natural) I accepted I probably won’t ever be a body builder. I’ve been doing mostly only kettle bells and running for the past 8 weeks, and have had these FA for a week and am definitely impressed and glad my Instagram algorithm had a rare targeted win.
This was a very time-consuming assembly despite what the video shows you Compared to the other add-ons to this bench. Leg extension works very well, but leg curls be careful. That middle piece catches on your knee cap or nuts when getting off. The middle beam That supports your top cushioning is in a bad place. They should’ve made it more flush or below the padding so getting on and off this I don’t have to worry about bruising my knees or catching my nut sack on my way off. Great quality overall. this bench has a lot of utility, but this piece is my least favorite in design out of everything else. Now I have to go ice my knees after getting off.
Previously had the Rep Blackwing but decided to sell it because my wife couldn’t move it easily due to how heavy it was. After doing some research I ended up deciding on picking up the ABX and have been really happy with my decision. It is significantly easier to move around which my wife enjoys and the build quality is top notch. The adjustable headrest has added some nice variety to my routines and the automatic seat adjust to keep the gap minimal is definitely superior to the system on the Blackwing. I plan on adding some attachments down the road but even without them just the bench itself is definitely worth picking up.
Easy setup compared to previous benches I’ve assembled. On the stiffer side when it comes to padding but I’m appreciating the stability of the stiffer padding. Plus the attachments that come with it really make it convenient for space in my garage when I’m done with my workout. Last but at least it’s just a sexy looking bench.

I love the ABX! BUT, it would be really nice to have a ez curl bar holder that could be put into the sit-up or dip attachment plugs in.
I absolutely love my Freak Athlete kettlebells! They’re sturdy, high-quality, and feel great to use during my workouts. The design makes them comfortable to grip, and they’re perfect for everything from strength training to full-body workouts. I also love that they’re durable without taking up a ton of space. Definitely a great addition to my home gym and something I’ll be using regularly!
While having a limited space of only 20m2 in my home gym it was vital to plan every inch carefully. Besides being a top notch quality built piece of equipment I’m still amazed by how little of space this device consumes while not in use. It’s 5/5 for me but would give it more if I could! So hyped to start training with this!
Just unboxed and ran through a quick workout with them…They worked as expected, no issues. I noticed some minor chipping at the bottom of the kettlebell but no cosmetic issues otherwise. Definitely a great add! I’m looking forward to using these in my gym - adding an extra 30 lbs over the bow flex version, while keeping the size relatively the same.
We’ve had this for a short time and it has already revolutionized our workouts! At first, it did feel a little overwhelming watching the tutorials and learning all the different adjustment points. However, after a couple of focused workouts to try out all the different variations, it’s totally manageable. Just takes some practice! The leg developer attachment feels super smooth and works well for upper body exercises too. As mentioned in other reviews, the GHD can feel a little shaky but not to the point to hinder a workout. One previous review mentioned different pieces feeling shaky as well, but we find that securely tightening all adjustment points helps mitigate this. Super satisfied, and hopeful the longevity on this holds up! Our two year old is very interested in it as well :)
