Australia
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving each product to request a return for that product, regardless of the reason.
Multi-Product Orders
If your order contains multiple products, the 30-day return window applies individually to each product, starting from the date that product is delivered.
Core Products and Attachments
Some attachments are designed to work with a specific core product and cannot be used independently. For these items, the return window works as follows:
- Hyper Pro and Hyper Pro attachments: The 30-day return window for any Hyper Pro attachment does not begin until the Hyper Pro itself is delivered.
- ABX Weight Bench and ABX attachments: The 30-day return window for any ABX attachment does not begin until the ABX Weight Bench itself is delivered.
- If the core product (Hyper Pro or ABX Weight Bench) arrives before the attachments, the 30-day return window for the core product starts immediately upon delivery. Attachment return windows still begin when those attachments arrive.
Return Condition and Packaging
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all returned items arrive back to us in good condition. This applies whether you use the original packaging, our packaging, or your own packaging. If items need to be repacked or the original packaging needs to be modified to ensure a safe return, that is the customer's responsibility. Any items that arrive back to us damaged, regardless of the packaging used, may be subject to additional restocking fees or denial of the refund at our discretion.
We cover the cost of return shipping, and your refund will include the original shipping fee.

- Name
- Email address associated with your order
- Item(s) you'd like to return
Once your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s), and we will schedule a return pickup if needed.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive your return. Refunds are processed once all intended return items have been received and quality checks have been passed. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Outside Australia
We do not accept returns for international orders. However, if your order is damaged, lost in transit, or otherwise affected, we're here to help. Please email support@freakathlete.co, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
