Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

In stock orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-7 business days once shipped.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that protects your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit. If something goes wrong with your delivery, here is how we make it right.

What is covered: packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, and packages stolen after delivery.

To start a claim, email support@freakathlete.co with your order number.

  • Damaged in transit: send photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will replace the affected item.
  • Lost in transit (tracking never shows delivery): we will confirm with the carrier (please allow 7 business days for in-region orders, or 20 for cross-border, from the last tracking update) and reship at no cost.
  • Marked delivered but not received: please allow 5 business days for in-region orders, or 10 for cross-border, and check with everyone in your household, your neighbours, and your building management, as packages are often set aside or delivered to a nearby address. If it still has not turned up, we can send a free replacement once you provide a signed Affidavit of Non-Delivery. For orders of $100 or more, a police report is also required. For orders of $500 or more, the affidavit must also be notarized, which can be done online in a few minutes using a passport or government-issued ID.

Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. Replacement is our standard remedy and replacements are provided as final sale. A refund is issued only where the item is no longer available.
