Shipping policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
In stock orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-7 business days once shipped.
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that protects your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit. If something goes wrong with your delivery, here is how we make it right.
What is covered: packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, and packages stolen after delivery.
To start a claim, email support@freakathlete.co with your order number.
- Damaged in transit: send photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will replace the affected item.
- Lost in transit (tracking never shows delivery): we will confirm with the carrier (please allow 7 business days for in-region orders, or 20 for cross-border, from the last tracking update) and reship at no cost.
- Marked delivered but not received: please allow 5 business days for in-region orders, or 10 for cross-border, and check with everyone in your household, your neighbours, and your building management, as packages are often set aside or delivered to a nearby address. If it still has not turned up, we can send a free replacement once you provide a signed Affidavit of Non-Delivery. For orders of $100 or more, a police report is also required. For orders of $500 or more, the affidavit must also be notarized, which can be done online in a few minutes using a passport or government-issued ID.
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. Replacement is our standard remedy and replacements are provided as final sale. A refund is issued only where the item is no longer available.
