Frequently asked questions

The Hyper Pro is ASTM rated to support 500 Lbs.

A traditional Reverse Hyper uses a loaded pendulum and pulls the back into spinal decompression.

Bodyweight or banded Reverse Hypers such as on the Freak Athlete Hyper do not pull the back through spinal decompression. The focus and tension is on the top portion of the movement when the body is extended.

This movement brings a ton of blood flow in to help strengthen the posterior chain with minimal risk of injury.

With the GHD Attachment, you can train through a full range of motion if you are 6' 6" or shorter.

Assembly takes 30-45 minutes. All required tools are included in the box.

No, the Hyper Pro and Leg Developer Attachment do not come with weight plates.

All our attachments are backwards compatible and work with both the Nordic Hyper GHD and the Hyper Pro versions.

If you own a Nordic Hyper GHD, you will need a Pro Upgrade Kit to ensure backwards compatibility. We'll include the Pro Upgrade Kit at no extra cost as a thank-you for being an early adopter. Just make sure to include the Pro Upgrade Kit when adding the GHD Attachment to cart.
