What It Means to Be a Freak Athlete

We believe that being a "Freak Athlete" isn't just about physical prowess; it's a holistic mindset that embodies a relentless pursuit of excellence in every aspect of life. It’s not merely about winning or being the strongest or fastest.

The Mindset of a Freak Athlete

A Freak Athlete doesn't just focus on one area of development. Instead, they aim to make small, consistent improvements in all areas of their physical and mental health. This means building stronger muscles, more resilient joints, a sharper mind, and chasing pain free ability. The goal is not to be the best today but to be 1% better every day.

Training like a Freak Athlete means making progress in your movement goals, no matter what obstacles are in the way. Pain, injury, time, weakness, etc. It's not about rushing to be the best, but working to be 1% better every day, no matter what

The Physical

Being a Freak Athlete means being strong beyond your years. This could look like winning back to back competitions in your 20’s, being completely pain free and mobile into your 40’s, being able to play on the ground pain free with your grand kids in your 60’s and lastly, being fully independent into your 80’s and beyond. With this in mind- EVERYONE can become a Freak Athlete.

A Lifelong Journey

Health and fitness are not temporary endeavors. A Freak Athlete understands that the journey of self-improvement doesn't last 3, 6, or 12 weeks but is a lifelong commitment. It's about constantly learning, growing, and chasing the best version of yourself. This mindset transcends sports and applies to all areas of life.
